FABIONIX (INDIA) PVT LTD is located over at 25-A in the KIADB Industrial Area in Bidadi. If you know the area, we’re basically right opposite Innovative Film City, which makes it easy for people to find us. Being in a big industrial zone like this means there’s always something happening, trucks coming and going all the time. We do a lot of fabrication and industrial work here. The shed is pretty big and it gets hot in the afternoons, but that’s just part of the job. We have been in this spot for a while now and have seen the area change quite a bit with more companies moving in. We aren't really into the whole corporate culture thing; we’re more about getting our hands dirty and finishing the orders on time. The noise of the machines is something you just get used to after a week. Most of our staff lives nearby or commutes from Ramnagar. It’s a straightforward setup where we focus on the metal and the machines. We don’t have fancy brochures or a lobby. People just come in through the main gate and find us on the shop floor. It’s a busy life, making sure everything is measured right and the machines are running. We just take things one day at a time here in Bidadi, focusing on the work at hand and making sure the parts are ready when promised.
