Trimurti Marbles

We are located out by Bhagwanda, right along the N H 8 highway. It’s a big open space because marble takes up a lot of room. Most of our days are spent moving heavy slabs around with the crane. It gets incredibly dusty, and by the evening, everything is covered in a thin layer of white powder. We have all sorts of stone piled up, some from nearby and some from further away. It’s heavy work, and our boots are always worn out. People stop by while driving on the highway to look at the different patterns in the stone. We don't have a polished showroom; the slabs are just lined up so you can see the natural veins. Some pieces have chips on the edges, but that’s just how raw stone is. We spend a lot of time splashing water on the marble to show people how the color looks when it's polished up. It’s usually hot out here under the sun, but we stay busy loading trucks. Dealing with stone is slow work because you can't rush it or things crack. We just take it one slab at a time. The office is just a small room with a fan that barely works. If you’re heading down N H 8, you can’t really miss the stacks of white and grey stone sitting by the side of the road. It's a plain operation, just us and the rocks.
