Sona Marbles Pvt. Ltd.

So, Sona Marbles Pvt. Ltd. is located right out on N.H.8 in the Badarda area. It is basically just a big open space where we keep all the marble slabs and blocks. The highway is right there, so it is easy for the big trailers to pull in and out without too much trouble. We don't have much of a showroom or anything like that, just the stones sitting out where people can see them. Most mornings we start early before the heat gets too bad. Badarda is a place where you see a lot of this kind of business, so we have plenty of neighbors doing similar things. We spend our time checking the inventory and talking to the drivers who come through. It is a straightforward operation. We have been at this location for some time now. Some days are slow and we just sit by the front, and other days it is non-stop with the cranes moving. The ground is mostly dirt and stone bits. We try to keep things in order so we know where every piece of marble is kept. It’s not the quietest place because of the N.H.8 traffic, but it works for what we do. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. If you are driving past Badarda, you can’t really miss the stacks of marble we have out front. It is just how we live and work every day.
