You can find Shrimal Marble (I) Pvt. Ltd. near the Morchana Nahar in the Morchana area. Having the canal nearby is a nice change from the usual dry surroundings you see in some stone yards. The water is right there, though we are mostly focused on the marble piles in our yard. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, which makes it slightly quieter, but we still have plenty of work. We handle a lot of slabs here, moving them from the trucks to the stacks and back again. It is a lot of manual labor and using the machines to lift the bigger pieces. The stone is cold in the morning and holds the heat by the afternoon. We have a small team here, and everyone knows their job. We don't really bother with marketing or big slogans; we just show people what we have in the yard. The ground is uneven and dusty, which is normal for a place like this. We spend our days checking the patterns on the stone and making sure everything is loaded correctly. Morchana is a decent place to work, and being near the nahar gives it a bit of a landmark. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We are just a local business handling marble slabs as they come in from the quarries. It is hard work, but we are used to the long hours and the heavy lifting that comes with it.
