Our place is located on N.H. 8 in Pasoond. It’s a straight shot down the highway. We handle both marble and granite here. Most people just call it Marmo Grani for short. We’ve got a big yard where we keep the slabs lined up. It’s a lot of work to keep track of everything. We started this business because this whole area is known for stone. If you live around here, you either work in the quarries or you work in the yards. We chose the yard. We spend our mornings checking the new stock that comes in on the trailers. You never really know what a block looks like inside until you start cutting it. It’s always a bit of a surprise. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s just the outdoors and some basic sheds. We like it that way because it's practical. People come by, walk through the rows of stone, and pick what they like. We don't push anyone to buy anything. The stone usually speaks for itself. We have a few guys who have been with us for years. They know how to move the heavy stuff without making a mess of it. It’s a steady life. We don't worry about being the biggest, we just want to do our work properly and go home to our families at night. That is what matters to us at the end of the day.
