We are located out on Tasol Road in Pasoond. Shri Dwada Mataji Marmo Grani Pvt. Ltd. might sound like a long name, but we’re just a bunch of people working with stone. We have marble and granite stacked up all over the place. It’s a lot of grey and white and black slabs everywhere you look. Working in Pasoond is good because it’s a hub for this kind of stuff. We spend our time checking the quality of the blocks and getting things ready for customers. It isn't quiet here; there's always the sound of machinery or trucks idling. We don't have a fancy website or a sales pitch ready to go. We just tell people what we have in the yard and what the price is. It’s more about the material than anything else. Some of the pieces are really heavy, so we spend a lot of time on safety and making sure everything is moved carefully. The days are long, especially in the summer. We drink a lot of water and try to stay in the shade when we aren't loading. It’s a practical business. We’ve seen a lot of changes on Tasol Road over the years, but we just keep doing our thing. People come to us because they know we are here and we have the granite they are looking for. We don't need much more than that.
