Shree Shiv Om Marble

At Shree Shiv Om Marble, we’ve been working out of Kelwa for quite some time. We’re right at the Kelwa Choraha on N.H. 8. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always something going on outside our gate. We mostly focus on marble. The yard is full of different blocks and slabs we’ve brought in. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, moving things around to get to a specific piece someone wants to see. We don't have a professional writer to do our descriptions. This is just us. We work hard, we get dirty, and we sell stone. People around Kelwa know where we are. We don't do much advertising because word of mouth usually does the job for us. If someone likes what they bought, they tell their neighbor, and that’s how we keep going. The weather in Rajasthan can be tough on the stone and on us, but we’ve got our routine down. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of lifting and measuring and talking to truck drivers who are usually in a hurry. We try to be fair with everyone who walks in. You won't find any corporate slogans here. Just some guys who know a lot about marble and have a spot on the highway to sell it from. That’s pretty much the whole story of our little business in Kelwa.
