Shree Kabra Marbles

Our shop, Shree Kabra Marbles, is located on the Rajsamand Nathdwara Road. Specifically, we are in the Piparda area. We are right near Shubham Marble, which is a big landmark for people who are trying to find us for the first time. The road out here is always busy with people traveling between Rajsamand and Nathdwara. We have been working out of this spot for many years now. It’s a lot of manual labor, as you can imagine. Marble is heavy and doesn't move itself. We have a small crew that helps with the lifting and the loading every day. Most of our days are spent out in the yard looking at different batches of stone. Every piece looks a bit different because nature made it that way. Some have more veins, while others are flatter. We don't try to dress the place up much. What you see is what we got in stock. The dust from the stone is just part of life here and you get used to it after a week or two. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, like when it rains and the whole yard gets muddy. But we keep moving the slabs anyway. We aren't a big corporate office with fancy chairs. It's just a regular yard where we do our daily work. People come by, look at the stacks, and we talk about what might work for their kitchen or floor. It’s simple enough. Being near Piparda means we see a lot of local faces too.
