Ravindra Marble And Granite

If you’re driving down National Highway 8 near Pasoond, you’ll see us right across from where they keep the Kota stone. It’s a good location because the highway is always active with trucks and people traveling through. We’ve got a lot of space here for the marble and granite slabs we keep. Most of our day is spent out in the open, dealing with the sun and the wind while we move stone around. It’s a tough job sometimes because everything is so heavy and you have to be careful not to break anything. People pull over from the highway to take a look at what we’ve got in stock. We don’t really do any fancy marketing; we just let the stone speak for itself. You can see the different colors and grains right there in the yard. Sometimes we have a lot of one type, and then the next week it’s all different. We just take it as it comes. The highway can be loud, but we’re used to the noise of the traffic passing by. It’s a practical spot for a business like this. We spend a lot of time talking to the drivers who bring the blocks from the mines. It’s just a regular yard where we do regular work. We don't try to be anything we’re not, just a place on the side of the road where you can find some decent stone.
