Nd Food Product

Nd Food Product. We are out in Hinta, which is part of Vallabhnagar Taluka. Our unit is right near the Chamunda Mata Mandir on National Highway- 76. You can see the temple from our front gate. Because we are on the highway, we get a lot of trucks stopping nearby. The wind blows hard across the open fields here. We make various food items and the smell often drifts toward the road. It is a simple setup with a few sheds and a concrete yard. The sun is very strong in this part of Rajasthan. We start our work very early, often while it’s still dark, to get things processed before the heat of the afternoon. There are about ten of us working here most days. We sit on plastic chairs during our lunch break under the shade of a neem tree. The machines we use are loud and they need a lot of oiling. We don't have a fancy office, just a corner with a table and a few files. Sometimes the cows from the village wander near the fence. We spend our days hauling sacks and checking the quality of the batches. It is hard work but it keeps us busy. Being near the temple gives the place a quiet feeling despite the highway noise. We just focus on getting the work done every day.
