Mahalaxmi Marble & Granite

At Mahalaxmi Marble & Granite, we are located right near the Chungi Naka in Piparda, Rajsamand. It is a busy junction and we get a lot of people passing through our gates. We handle both marble and granite, so our yard has a mix of colors and textures. Granite is much harder to work with than marble, so we have different tools and saws for that. The yard is usually quite a scene during the working hours. There are workers moving slabs, water spraying to keep the blades cool, and the constant sound of heavy machinery. It’s not a place for someone who likes to stay clean. We are usually covered in some kind of stone slurry or dust by noon. Piparda is a hub for this kind of trade, so we are surrounded by people who know the business well. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. We just have our yard and our experience. We’ve been at the Chungi Naka spot for a long time. It’s a landmark of sorts for us and our regulars. People know to look for the big stacks of granite near the intersection. We take things as they come. If a customer wants to see a specific block, we move the others out of the way with the crane. It’s slow work but it has to be done carefully so nothing breaks. We enjoy the routine of it all and being part of the Rajsamand landscape every day.
