Kaveri Marble

Out here in Pasoond along N.H. 8, we run Kaveri Marble. It is a straightforward setup. We have a lot of space where we keep the marble slabs lined up in rows. Most of the time, it is just the sound of the wind and the occasional truck passing on the highway. We spend our mornings checking the stock and seeing what needs to be moved. The stone comes in rough and we spend time looking it over. We are not trying to be the biggest place around, just a reliable one where you can see the material for yourself. People from the nearby villages and even further away stop by. We just walk them through the rows. Sometimes the sun hits the marble just right and you can see all the little details in the stone. We do not use any fancy lighting, just the natural daylight. Working with marble is heavy work. It takes a lot of patience to move these slabs without any trouble. We have been in Pasoond for a while now and most people know where to find us. It is a quiet life for the most part, except when a big order is being loaded up. We just focus on the stone and making sure the stacks stay steady. It is what we know how to do, and we do it every day without making a big fuss about things or pretending to be something we are not.
