Our place, Sajjan Marbles Pvt. Ltd., is tucked away in the village of Pasoond in the Rajsamand district. You can find us at Sajjan Niwas on Road No-1, right there in Sajjan Nagar near the Station Road. We spend most of our time out in the yard or in the small office we keep on site. It is a busy area with trucks moving in and out because of the N. H. B. nearby. Working with stone is a heavy, dusty business, but it is what we know. Every morning starts with checking the slabs and seeing what needs to be moved or loaded. We don’t have any big corporate speeches to give. We just show up and handle the marble. The local people around Rajsamand know where we are, and we usually see familiar faces dropping by to check on their orders. The weather out here can get quite hot, which makes the work tiring, but the stones stay cool. Our address is easy to find if you are driving down towards the station. We’ve been part of this community for a while now, just doing our thing day after day. If you come by, you’ll likely see us in our work clothes, probably covered in a bit of white dust. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s honest work. We keep things simple here at our Pasoond location and just focus on the stone sitting in front of us.
