Jain Hathimal Marble Udyog

We are located right out on Rajnagar N H 8 in Sewali. Being near the highway means there is a constant drone of trucks and cars passing by Jain Hathimal Marble Udyog. It is a large space because you need a lot of room when you are working with marble blocks. The ground is mostly hard dirt and stone scraps. We have been in Sewali for a while, and the landscape around here is mostly other industrial spots and open land. Our days start early because once the sun gets high, the heat reflecting off the stones is something else. We have saws and cutters that make a lot of noise, so we don't do much talking while the machines are running. Everything here is about the material. We move the big blocks with the crane, and you have to be careful every single time. It is not the kind of place where you wear nice clothes. We are usually covered in slurry and grit. The office is just a small brick room on the side where we keep the records and have some tea. We don't do much in the way of decoration; the marble itself is what fills up the space. It is a simple operation based on hard work and the daily routine of the highway life. We stay open until the light fades, then we lock the gates and do it all again.
