Geetanjali Marble & Granite

Geetanjali Marble & Granite is sitting right across from the Red Rose Hotel in Morchana. We are also near the Bajrangbali Temple, so it is a landmark most locals know. Being on N.H. 8 makes it convenient for the transporters. We have a mix of marble and granite sitting out in the sun. It is a dusty place, as you would expect from a stone yard. We spend a lot of time just organizing the slabs so people can see the grains and colors clearly. Sometimes the temple bells ring and it is a nice sound while we are working. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It is just us here, making sure the stone is handled right. People stop by after seeing the hotel or the temple and wander through our rows. We tell them what each piece is and where it might look good. There is no pressure. The stone speaks for itself mostly. We have had some rainy days where the yard gets a bit muddy, but we just keep going. It is a decent sized spot with plenty of variety. We try to keep the granite blocks separate from the marble slabs just to keep things tidy. It is a regular day-to-day job for us. We just show up, move the stone, and talk to the neighbors about what they need for their local building projects.
