We are based out of Amar Niwasrawla in Mohi, which is where Devikripa Granite Llp does its daily business. Mohi is a bit of a different pace compared to the big cities like Jaipur, but we stay just as busy every single day. The site here is mostly about the granite slabs and blocks. We spend a lot of our time out in the open air, dealing with the elements and making sure the slabs are handled properly so nothing breaks. It isn't a glamorous job by any means. There is a lot of dirt on the ground and the work is heavy on the back. Our office is just a small room where we keep the records and take a break from the sun when it gets too hot to stand. We like being in this area because it feels like home and the community is good. Most of the people working here are from around the local parts of Mohi. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything like that; we just show up and do what needs to be done with the stone and the transport. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it rains and the ground gets muddy and the trucks struggle, but we manage somehow. You get used to the weight of the granite and the way the day flows. It's a practical business for practical people. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or websites.
