Bharat Marble

Bharat Marble is situated on N. H. 8, right near Tasol Road in Pasoond. We’ve been here for a long time, watching the traffic go by on the main highway. Our yard is filled with all sorts of marble we’ve collected. It’s a tough business because the market goes up and down, but we stay steady. We spend a lot of time cleaning off the dust so people can actually see the colors in the stone. It’s hard work, and your back usually aches by the end of the day. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just us answering the phone and showing folks around the yard. When a customer comes in, they usually have an idea of what they want, and we just help them find the closest match in our piles. We use the forklift a lot to move things around. Sometimes the stones are stubborn and don't want to sit right. We just handle it as it comes. The sun in Pasoond can be really something in the summer, making the marble almost too hot to touch. We just keep working through it. People know us for being around and having a decent selection of stone. We just want to do our job, sell some marble, and go home to our families at night.
