Relationship Manager

Our office is set up in the Lalbag area of Rajnandgaon, right near the Royal Kids Convent. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood for the most part, which is nice when we’re trying to talk to people. We work as relationship managers here, though that’s a broad title for what we actually do every day. Mostly, we sit down with folks and talk about their needs or whatever business they have with us. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the locals know the landmark of the convent nearby. It’s a simple setup inside with just enough chairs and desks for us to work. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the school nearby lets out, but otherwise, it’s a calm place to be. We aren't part of some giant corporation with hundreds of offices; we’re just here in Rajnandgaon doing our thing. Chhattisgarh has a lot of small towns like this, and we like being part of the community here. If you’re walking down the street in Lalbag, you might miss us if you aren't looking closely. We don’t spend much on big signs or advertising. We just rely on people knowing where we are and coming in when they need help with something. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning till evening. We usually keep some tea ready for whoever drops by to chat.
