We are out in the Kuvadava GIDC area, specifically at No. 14/2 on 8-B. If you know Rajkot’s industrial zones, you know it’s a place where people are always busy making things. Worthwill has been here for a good while, and the shop floor is usually humming with the sound of machines. It’s not a place for clean shoes; there’s always a bit of metal shavings or oil around. We focus on manufacturing and industrial parts, so the work is very hands-on. Most of us have been working with these machines for years, and we know their quirks. The office part is just a small room partitioned off from the main floor so we can handle the billing and phone calls without too much noise. It gets pretty hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and just push through the day. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to polish up how we look. We just make the parts, pack them, and send them out to whoever ordered them. Our day starts early when the gates open and doesn't really slow down until late. There’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving stuff around with the trolley. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. Being in the GIDC means we’re surrounded by other workshops, so there’s always someone nearby if we need a specific tool or a bit of help with a heavy load.
