Sadguru Alpahar

We’ve been here at Kanak Road for a while now. Most people know us because we’re right by the Central Bus Depot. It gets pretty crowded around here, especially with folks coming off the buses or waiting for their ride. Being across from the Fire Brigade helps people find us too. We mostly focus on quick things to eat. It's not a fancy place, just a spot to sit for a minute and grab a bite. My staff stays busy with the morning rush. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but that's just Rajkot. We see many of the same faces every day, which is nice. It’s a simple setup. We keep things moving because most our customers have a bus to catch. The benches are old but they work fine. We don't spend much time on decorations. People just want their food and a place to wait. If you're near the depot, you've probably walked past us a dozen times. We just try to get the orders out fast. It’s hard work when it’s hot outside, but we stay open. There’s always someone looking for a snack. It’s just how we run things here. Nothing complicated about it. We’re just a part of the daily routine for people traveling through. The tea is always hot and the snacks are ready early. Sometimes we run out of space during the lunch hour but we manage. It’s a regular life for us here in the city.
