Wockhardt Hospital

Wockhardt Hospital is located at Everest Park on Kalawad Road. If you know Rajkot, you know Kalawad Road is one of the main stretches. It’s always dusty and full of traffic, but it’s where everything happens. Our building sits there among all the other businesses. Inside, it’s a whole different world. It’s much quieter, though you still hear the hum of the city. We have several floors dedicated to different kinds of care. The lobby is usually full of families waiting for news. We have a lot of benches and a small desk where you check in. The staff here has been around for a long time. We know each other’s habits and how we like our tea during breaks. Patients come to us with all kinds of health problems. Some are simple and some are complicated. We just take them as they come. The hallways are long and we do a lot of walking. Sometimes the elevators are busy, so we just take the stairs to save time. The rooms are plain and functional. We don't believe in unnecessary frills. It's a hospital, after all. People come here to get better, not to look at fancy art. We try to be helpful when someone looks lost, which happens quite a bit since the building is large. It’s just our daily life here on Kalawad Road, trying to keep things running smoothly for everyone who needs us to do our jobs.
