Madhuram Hospital

Madhuram Hospital is located in Rajkot, right in the Vivekanand Nagar area on Kothariya Main Road. We are at Vimal 8. It’s a busy street, so there’s always noise from the traffic outside. Inside, we try to keep things organized. Hospitals are never quiet places, though. There is always someone coming in or a machine beeping somewhere. We started this place to help the local community here. A lot of our patients live just a few streets away. The staff here has been around for quite some time. We know the regulars by name. It’s not a giant chain hospital with thousands of beds. We have a smaller setup, which makes it easier to keep track of things. Sometimes the waiting room gets full and people have to wait, which we don't like, but it’s part of the job. We do our work, treat people, and send them home. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of town. Nothing flashy. We focus on the medical side of things rather than fancy decorations. Most of us grew up in or around Rajkot, so we feel connected to the place. When the monsoon rains come, the street outside floods a bit, but we keep the doors open. We see a lot of different cases every day. Some are simple, some are more complicated. We just take it one patient at a time. It’s hard work, and the hours are long, but this is the work we chose to do.
