Our place is out in Metoda G.I.D.C., specifically at Plot No: G-2119. If you are driving down Kadvani Forge Road, we are near Galaxy Stamping, which is a big landmark around here. Being at Kishan Gate- 3 means we are right in the middle of all the industrial activity. VRG Energy India is where we handle a lot of the heavy lifting. The office is inside the factory area, so there is always a bit of a hum from the machines nearby and the smell of metal in the air. We don’t have fancy carpets or quiet hallways. It’s mostly concrete floors, heavy-duty desks, and a lot of technical drawings spread out everywhere. The dust from the GIDC roads is a constant battle, but we just keep the fans running and get on with it. Most of our day is spent checking on the energy systems we are putting together or talking to the guys on the floor. It’s a practical environment where everyone wears sturdy boots and carries a clipboard. We usually have our tea breaks standing up near the main gate, watching the trucks go by. It’s a long commute for some of us, but this is where the work is. We keep our tools close and our focus on the machinery. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do, and we’ve been doing it here for a good while now.
