Disha Enterprises

Disha Enterprises is based at Plot No. G-2130 on Kishan Gate Road. This is inside the Lodhika GIDC in Metoda. If you know GIDC areas, you know they are all about industry and hard work. There are big trucks moving in and out of the gates constantly, and the air always has that smell of manufacturing and dust. Our plot is a decent size, and we use every bit of it for the business. It’s a very practical environment. There are no trees or gardens here, just concrete, metal, and gates. We spend our days on the factory floor or in the small office area on the plot. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of supplies. The road outside, Kishan Gate Road, can get quite dusty during the dry season, and when it rains, it’s a different kind of mess. But that’s the reality of working in an industrial estate like Metoda. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to make the place look pretty for photos. It’s just a functional space where we get things done. Most of the people working here have been with us for a while, so we have a good rhythm. We start early when the gates open and finish up late. It’s a straightforward life in the GIDC. You won't find anything corporate here, just regular people doing their jobs in a gritty, industrial setting.
