Vipul Hair Salon

Vipul Hair Salon is at Shop No 3 on Yogi Nagar Main Road. We are right on the 150 Feet Ring Road, which is basically the main artery of Rajkot 360005. If you look across the street, you will see Amruta Hospital. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where the hospital is. Being in Shop No 3 means we have a bit of a small space, but it’s enough for what we do. I’ve been cutting hair here for quite some time. The men from Yogi Nagar come here regularly. We do simple haircuts and shaves. No big fancy machines, just good scissors and razors. The shop gets a lot of light in the morning from the front window. 150 Feet Ring Road is always loud with trucks and cars, but inside we just listen to the radio or talk. Sometimes a doctor or nurse from the hospital across the road comes in for a quick trim during their break. They’re always in a hurry. I try to work fast but careful. The floor is usually covered in hair by mid-afternoon, so I sweep it up when I get a gap between customers. It’s a simple life. I open early and close when the street gets quiet. Rajkot is a busy city but our corner here feels familiar. It is just a regular barber shop for regular guys who need a haircut without any fuss.
