Vijay Manufacturers

Vijay Manufacturers is situated over in Sorathiyawadi, right near the Boring House in Manhar Plot. It is a local workshop where we spend most of our time making various parts and pieces. The area is quite industrial, so there is always the sound of machines and metal clanging in the background. We have been here for many years, and the workshop has a lot of character, mostly from the grease and the old machines we use. It is not a very fancy setup, but it gets the job done for us. We mostly deal with local orders and people who know us from the neighborhood. The heat can get pretty intense when the machines are all running at once, so we drink a lot of water and take short breaks when we can. My father started this place, and I have been working here since I was a teenager. We don't really have a front office, just a small desk in the corner where we keep the bills and some old photos. The Boring House is a good landmark, so people usually don't have too much trouble finding us once they get to Manhar Plot. We have a lot of scrap metal piled up in the back that we need to clear out one of these days. Every morning we open the big shutter and start the day's work. It is a long day, but we are used to the routine by now and we enjoy the work we do here.
