It is a handy spot because people can just hop off the bus and walk over to see if we have the belts they are looking for. We carry a lot of stock, mostly V-belts, and the shelves are usually pretty full. It gets a bit cramped inside when we get a big delivery, but we manage to shift things around to make space. The shop has been here for a while, and the walls show a bit of age, but it works for us. We don't go in for fancy decorations or anything. We just keep the inventory organized so we can find what a customer needs quickly. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we are used to it by now. It is a straightforward business, really. We sell the belts, people use them for their machines, and they come back when they need another one. It is just a regular shop.
