Sthapan Realities LLP is located in The Spire 2. We are right on the 150 Ft. Ring Road, which is pretty close to Shital Park in Rajkot. It’s a modern building, but our office inside is quite down-to-earth. We didn’t want anything that felt too stiff or formal. We deal with real estate projects and helping people find land or apartments they might want. Being on the Ring Road is great because it’s such a major part of the city. We see the growth of Rajkot every day from our office window. Most of our work involves meeting with clients and going out to various sites. We aren't the type to sit behind a desk all day in expensive suits. We prefer to be out where the actual houses are being built. When we are in the office, we’re usually sorting through legal papers or talking on the phone with potential buyers. It’s a lot of practical, everyday tasks that keep us busy. We don’t use any marketing tricks here. If a place has some issues, we mention them right away. It just seems better to be honest about what is available on the market. The office gets a lot of light, which makes it a nice place to work. We have a small table where we go over plans with people. It’s a simple setup for a local business. We’ve been part of the Rajkot community for a long time and we just do our job day by day.
