Morbi Real Estate

Grin Tower is one of those places in Morbi that almost everyone knows. We are located right there, dealing with property stuff as Morbi Real Estate. The office is usually a bit messy with maps of different plots and papers spread out over the wooden tables. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so the ceiling fans are always on full blast. People come in from the villages or other parts of the city to ask about buying a bit of land or maybe a small shop. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to look at sites across the district. It’s a lot of dust and talking to people. Morbi is a busy place with all the tile factories, and that keeps the local real estate market moving. We aren't doing anything high-tech or modern here. We just keep our books and try to remember who wanted what property last month. Sometimes we have a glass of water with a client and just chat about how the town is growing so fast. The tower itself has a lot of other businesses, so there’s always people coming and going in the hallways and the lift. We have some old chairs for visitors that have seen better days but are still comfortable enough. It’s just a regular office where we try to help people find a place to stay or work.
