SPREB BUILDCON LLP

We operate out of Kings Heights, specifically office B-501. It’s in Vidhyakunj Society over on Amin Marg in Rajkot. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded during the day. We’ve been part of the local building scene for some time. SPREB Buildcon is what we call ourselves. We do the usual construction and planning work that comes with the territory. It isn't always easy keeping things organized when you have several sites going at once, but we try our best to stay on top of things. Most of our mornings start with coffee and a lot of phone calls to suppliers. Being in Rajkot means we know most of the people around here. The office is tucked away in the building, so it’s quiet enough to get some work done. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in Gujarat, just a reliable one that handles the jobs we take on. Sometimes we're dealing with contractors, other times it's just sorting out the materials. The traffic on Amin Marg can be a headache, but that’s just life here. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a working office with desks, maps, and plenty of project files. We like it that way because it keeps us focused on what actually needs to be built. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it this way for years now. It gets the job done.
