We’ve been working out of this location for a bit. The office is pretty straightforward. We look at plots and construction projects around Gayakwadi Road. It’s a lot of measuring and talking to contractors. Sometimes we’re out on the field more than we are in the office. The Junction Plot is a landmark most people know. We see the morning rush at the dairy every day while we’re getting started. Development work takes a lot of patience. There are always delays or things that don’t go as planned. We just handle the day-to-day tasks. Dealing with property in this area means you have to know the local rules. We try to keep things simple for the people who come to us. It’s not a corporate environment at all. Just some people trying to get buildings up or land sorted. We’ve got maps on the walls and usually a pot of tea going. If you’re walking down Gayakwadi Road, you’ll probably see our sign. We’ve been watching this neighborhood grow and it’s interesting to be part of that. Just a local developer doing the work. We've seen buildings go up from nothing and it feels good to be part of that process in this part of town.
