SONETA BUILDCON LLP

We are based out of Flat 404 in the A2 building of Akshar Parisar. It is on Kankot Road, right behind Shyamal Upvan. Soneta Buildcon LLP is the name on our door, but we are a pretty small operation. Most of our work involves building and development projects around the local area. We do not have a big storefront or a lobby. It is just an office where we get the planning and the books done. Working from an apartment complex like Akshar Parisar keeps things quiet and focused. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons out at various sites. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when multiple projects are happening at once, but we manage. We are not trying to sound like some big corporate entity. We are just a few people who have a background in construction and wanted to do our own thing. We know the local landscape and the people here. It is a lot of work to keep everything on track, but we enjoy the challenge. We do not have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just want to finish our projects and move on to the next one. If you are looking for us, just head down Kankot Road. It is a growing part of town and we are glad to be here doing our work.
