Soham Computers

Soham Computers is over in Abhilasha Square. We are on the 2nd floor. It's on New Sama Road in the Sama area. If you come up the stairs or take the lift, you'll see us at the end of the hall. The office is full of computer parts, monitors, and cables hanging everywhere. There is usually a faint smell of solder or warm plastic because we are often fixing things on the bench. It isn't the cleanest place because there are always tools and screws on the workbenches. We spend most of the day hunched over keyboards or looking into the back of a computer case. People bring in their laptops when they stop working or when they need a new part installed. We have been here for a good amount of time now. New Sama Road has changed a lot since we first opened. There are more shops and cars now. We know the guys in the other offices on our floor. Sometimes we borrow a screwdriver from them or they come to us for help with their internet connection. It's a friendly building. We don't have a receptionist at the front. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at the bench working. Sometimes we are on the phone with suppliers trying to find a specific part for an old machine. It can be frustrating when things are out of stock. But we just keep at it. It’s just us doing computer work in a small room in Sama.
