SHRI SWAMINARAYAN DEVELOPERS LLP

Our place is called Sahajanand Bhuvan, over at 8/19 Kevdawadi. It’s an older part of the area, and we’ve been here at Shri Swaminarayan Developers LLP for a good while. The office feels lived-in, with lots of old files and some tea stains on the desks. We do development work, which basically means we take on projects and see them through. It involves a lot of talking to different people and making sure everyone is doing what they’re supposed to do. Sometimes it feels like we’re just solving one problem after another, but that’s the nature of development. Kevdawadi is a lively spot, and we like the energy of the neighborhood. We aren't some big firm from out of town. We live and work right here. We’ve seen a lot of buildings go up and others get torn down over the years. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes we stay late just to finish up the paperwork. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything. Most people just know where we are. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone we deal with. If a project is going to take longer, we tell people. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. We just take pride in the fact that we’re still here doing our thing after all this time. The building gets a bit cold in the winter mornings, but we have a small heater that helps.
