Our office is tucked away in Karan Park 3, right off Amin Marg. The area is called Raiya Raj. It’s a bit quieter than the main roads, which we like. Shri Shivanta Buildcon Llp is the name on the gate. We’ve been at this location for a while. It’s more of a residential-feeling area than a big commercial hub, so it feels more relaxed. We have a small team here. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We spend our days handling the buildcon side of things. The office has a few rooms and a small area where we sit and talk about the projects. Amin Marg is a well-known street, so people can usually find us without a map. There’s a tree right outside the window that gives some shade in the afternoons. It gets quite hot here, so the shade helps. Shri Shivanta Buildcon Llp is just a local business. We don’t have a big HR department or a receptionist at a marble desk. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We keep things pretty simple. The files are organized enough that we can find what we need. It’s a good place to spend the day. We’ve made the space our own over the years with some mismatched furniture and a kettle for tea. Sometimes we stay late when a project is busy, but mostly we stick to regular hours. The neighborhood is friendly enough for us.
