Satellite School

Our school is situated near Nagbai Mandir on Morbi Road, right in the middle of Satellite Park. It’s a busy area of Rajkot, so there is always traffic and people moving around outside our gates. The school itself is a straightforward place where we focus on teaching the local kids. We have a main building with several classrooms that stay occupied from the early morning until the afternoon. The playground isn't huge, but it’s where the kids spend their energy during the lunch break. We see a lot of parents from the nearby colonies every day. Some of them have been sending their kids here for years, so we recognize many of the families. The teachers are mostly local people who know the rhythm of the city. We have a small office where all the records are kept, and it’s usually piled high with books and registers. The morning prayer is a daily routine that marks the start of everything. Sometimes the bells don't ring exactly on time, or a window gets broken during a cricket match, but we just fix things and keep going. It’s a very grounded environment. We don't have fancy gadgets in every room, just blackboards, chalk, and teachers who know their subjects well. Rajkot is a hardworking city, and we try to reflect that in how we run the school day by day. It’s mostly about getting the kids through their lessons and making sure they have a place to learn.
