Mit School Of Distance Learning

The Mit School Of Distance Learning is based out of Gondal, Rajkot. We share this part of the world with a lot of history and a fairly slow pace of life, which is fine by us. Our job is mostly about managing the learning process for people who are far away. We spend a lot of time in front of computer screens, making sure everyone has what they need to study from home. It’s not a very loud place because there are no students in the rooms, just us staff members handling the admin side of things. We have a lot of files to keep track of, and sometimes the paperwork piles up high on the old wooden desks we have here. People from the local Gondal neighborhood often stop by just to ask how the distance learning thing even works. We tell them it’s just like regular school but without the commute. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with tea stains on some coasters and posters that have been on the walls for years. We don't try to be something we aren't; we are just a local office helping out with education. It gets pretty quiet in the afternoons when the sun is out, and we just keep clicking away at our tasks until it’s time to head home. It’s a decent way to spend the day in the 360311 area.
