You can find us right across from the Vishweshwar Mahadev Mandir on Mavdi Main Road. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows the temple. You can hear the bells ringing throughout the day, which is quite nice when things get stressful inside. The road outside is always buzzing with scooters and cars. It’s a practical location for people in the neighborhood. We aren't a massive institution with hundreds of floors. It's a modest building where we handle the daily influx of patients. Some days the waiting area is full, and other days it’s just a few people sitting quietly. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules; we just talk to people like they’re our neighbors, because most of them are. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs are a bit worn, but they’re comfortable enough. We focus on getting people seen as quickly as the schedule allows. Sometimes things get delayed, and we just have to explain that to whoever is waiting. It’s an honest way to run a place. The doctors and nurses here have been working together for a long time, so we know each other's habits. We don’t make big promises, we just try to help with whatever is bothering someone when they walk through that front door. It’s a simple job in a busy part of town. No fancy technology, just decent care for people.
