S Kumar Hair Art is located on the first floor of the Sadguru Sanidhy Complex. We are on Santkabir Main Road, right near Pedak Road in Rajkot. If you are at K.D. Chowk, we are very close by. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up the stairs, which some don't like, but it keeps the shop a bit quieter than being right on the street level. We have been here for a good while. The complex is always busy with different shops. Our place is not very big. We have the standard setup for a hair shop. A few chairs, some sinks, and cupboards for our stuff. It’s a bit cramped when there are more than four people inside, but we make it work. We don't have a fancy interior. It’s just plain walls and some old posters. Most people who come here are from the Pedak Road area. They are regular people looking for a normal haircut. We don't do anything very modern. Just the usual styles that people ask for. Sometimes the water pressure is a bit low, so washing hair takes longer than usual. We just deal with it. It’s a small local business. We don't have a manager or anything, just us doing the work every day. We open up in the morning and stay until the last customer leaves. It’s a simple life. We like it.
