You can find us right at Motitanki Chowk, which is a pretty well-known junction in this area. Ratnam Hospital sits right besides the Jansatta Press and the Eagle Travels office. It is a very busy part of town with buses and cars constantly moving around the chowk. Having the travel office and the press nearby means there is always a lot of activity outside our doors. Inside, we try to keep things as organized as possible. We’ve been here long enough that most people use the local landmarks to find us. It is a general hospital, so we see all kinds of cases every single day. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there is a steady stream of people coming in for consultations or to visit relatives who are staying with us. The building itself is practical and built for purpose. We do not spend much time worrying about how the lobby looks; we are more concerned with making sure the patients are okay and the doctors have what they need. It can be loud outside with all the traffic at the chowk, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We are just a local hospital trying to serve the people who live and work in this part of the city. It is hard work and the hours are long, but this is where we are every day, right in the middle of everything at Motitanki Chowk.
