We are based out of Meera Park on Pedak Road over in Rajkot. Our office is located right opposite the Pedak area, so we are usually pretty easy to find if you are driving around this part of town. Most of our work is focused on real estate and construction projects within the local Rajkot area. We have lived and worked in this city for a long time now, so we know the streets and the local people pretty well. It is a very straightforward operation we have going here. We do not have any big, fancy slogans or polished marketing materials. We just focus on getting the buildings up and making sure the land is handled the right way. Some days are much tougher than others, especially when the weather gets incredibly hot or when certain building materials are hard to find in the market. But we have been doing this long enough that we don't get too worried about the small stuff anymore. We just keep moving forward with the work. The office is usually a bit noisy with people coming in and out all day, discussing the latest projects or checking on the work schedules. We like being part of the local community here in Rajkot. It is a place that is growing fast, and we are just trying to contribute our own small bit to that growth. We don't spend much time on advertising because we are usually out at the sites. We just do honest work.
