This part of the city has its own feel, especially with the cinema nearby bringing in different crowds at different times of the day. Our shop is not very large, but we have enough room for what we do. We have been here long enough that the local shopkeepers all know us. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just a hair art shop where we work every day. The street outside can get quite busy when a movie is letting out or starting, so there is always something to look at through the window. We keep the place clean and ready for anyone who needs to stop in. The chairs are comfortable enough and we have the basic things set up. Most people find us by word of mouth or just by passing by while they are on their way to the cinema. It’s a straightforward business. No big corporate rules or anything like that. Just us working on Prahlad Plot like we always have. We like being in this part of Rajkot because everything is close by and the neighbors are decent people. It gets dusty sometimes, but that’s just the city life.
