Pigott Developers is up in Rajkot. We are based in the Solitaire building, office 301. It is right at the Amin Marg Junction on the 150 Feet Ring Road. If you know Rajkot, you know that junction is always packed with cars and bikes. Being right on the Ring Road means we see a lot of the city’s growth happening right outside our window. Our day-to-day is mostly about managing development projects. We sit in the office and go through files, talk to the guys on the sites, and try to make sure we have enough materials for the next week. It isn't a glamorous job, mostly just a lot of logistics and making sure the details aren't missed. The office is usually a bit cluttered with samples of tiles or bits of stone that people have brought in. We don't really have a set routine, things just happen as they come. Sometimes we are out all day at a site in the sun, and other days we are stuck behind a desk for ten hours. We try to be honest about what can be done and how long it will take. People around here appreciate a straight answer, so that is how we try to operate. It’s just us, working in the middle of a busy city, trying to build things that will actually last for a while.
