Outlook Salon is tucked inside The Imperial Palace Hotel on Dr Yagnik Road. Being located in a hotel means it is a bit different from your typical roadside shop. You can find us right across from Tanishq Jewellers, which is a very easy landmark for everyone in Rajkot. Since we are part of the hotel building, we try to keep things a bit more orderly. The space is clean and we have a few more comforts than some of the smaller places in town. We get a mix of people coming in. Some are staying at the hotel and need to look sharp for a meeting, while others are locals who have been coming to Dr Yagnik Road for years. It is a steady environment. We do all the regular hair cutting and styling. It’s not just about a quick trim here; we take a bit more time with each person. The view out towards the main road is always interesting because of the shoppers and the traffic. Even though we are in a fancy building, we are just regular people working here. We don't use any of that corporate talk or have big mission statements. We just want to make sure you leave with your hair looking better than when you walked in. It is a quiet place to sit and relax while we work. Most days are busy, but we manage.
