New Bombay Beauty Parlour

We are located at Street No 2 in the Junction Plot area of Rajkot. The shop is called New Bombay Beauty Parlour. I know the name sounds a bit grand, but we are just a small local place. Junction Plot is a busy neighborhood near the railway station, so there’s always a lot of coming and going. We’ve been in this 360001 spot for quite a while now. Most of our customers are women from the surrounding streets who just need a quick service. We handle things like eyebrows, basic hair cutting, and things like that. The shop is small and we don't have a lot of fancy equipment. We just use what works. I usually have one other person helping me out when the festival season starts and everyone wants to look their best. It gets really crowded then. The lighting inside isn't the best, but we make do with what we have. It’s a friendly place where people come to chat as much as they do for the beauty work. We don't do any big advertising. Word of mouth around Street No 2 is usually enough to keep us busy. It’s a simple life running a parlour here. We try to be helpful to anyone who walks in. It’s just a normal business like any other on this block. Sometimes we have to close early if there is a family function to attend. We just put a note on the door and people understand how it is.
