Neighbourhood Investment Private Limited is based out of Shop No. 2 in the Chandra Mauli Apartment. We are located in Naval Nagar, specifically at 3/19. If you’re in Rajkot, you might know the area. It’s a typical neighborhood spot. We aren't in one of those huge glass office towers you see in the city center. Instead, we have this small shop on the ground floor where people can just walk in. It’s much easier that way for everyone. We deal with various investments and property things here in Rajkot. The office has been our home base for quite some time. It’s got a few chairs for visitors and a lot of folders stacked on the shelves. Rajkot is a busy city, and there’s always something happening with real estate or local business. We keep our heads down and just do the work. No one here is trying to be a corporate superstar or anything. We’re just local people helping other locals figure out where to put their money or what property to buy next. The walls are a bit plain and the tea kettle is always running in the corner. We talk to the neighbors and the other shop owners around Naval Nagar. It’s a real community vibe. When things get busy, the shop feels a bit small, but we manage.
