NEEVAN ADVISORY LLP is located in a building called Anandbhuvan. We are at Prahlad Plot 23, right by Ashapura Chowk on Digvijay Main Road. This is a very old and busy part of Rajkot. The traffic on Digvijay Main Road is constant, and you can hear the rickshaws and bikes from the office all day long. Anandbhuvan is an older building with a lot of character, and our office is just one of many small businesses tucked inside. We have a few desks squeezed into the main room and a lot of cabinets for all our advisory paperwork. The walls are a pale color and have some marks from where we moved the furniture around. Ashapura Chowk is a landmark that everyone knows, so it’s easy to tell people where we are. We usually get our tea from a stall just down the road because it’s better than what we make ourselves. The office doesn't have a lot of fancy decorations. We just have what we need to get through the daily tasks. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always on full blast. We spend a lot of time talking to people and checking through different records. It’s a basic, functional environment where we focus on getting the work done without any extra frills or complicated systems.
