Mini Gruh Udyog

Our small business is out in Haripar Pal village. We are located on Kalawad Road, specifically at plots four and five, survey number thirty-five. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but it’s peaceful out here. We started Mini Gruh Udyog to give some work to the local people in the village. We handle a mix of small-scale manufacturing and packing. The air is better here than in the industrial zones. We have a couple of small sheds where the work happens. It’s not a high-tech setup. We use basic tools and a lot of manual labor. During the rainy season, the road can get a bit muddy, but we manage. We mostly supply to the nearby towns in the Lodhika area. Everyone who works here lives close by, so we all walk or bike to work. We don't have fancy titles or a big board of directors. It’s just us doing what needs to be done each day. Sometimes we have to fix the machines ourselves if they break down. We keep a close eye on everything we produce to make sure it’s okay. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. It is good to be part of the village community and we hope to stay here for a long time. It’s a quiet life but we are happy with how things are.
