Maruti Metals

We have been operating out of Hathi Khana Street No. 10 for a long time now. If you are looking for Maruti Metals, just find Shiv Screen Printing because we are right beside them. Actually, the address says beside them twice for some reason, but we are just the one shop. It gets pretty loud around here with all the metal work going on. The floor is usually covered in scraps and the air smells like iron. We don’t have a fancy office or a receptionist. Usually, you’ll find us in the back working on whatever order came in that morning. It’s hard work and your hands stay black from the grease and dust most of the day. We have a few machines that have been with us since the start. They aren't the newest models but they get the job done. Sometimes the street gets crowded with delivery trucks and it makes getting in and out a bit of a struggle. We just deal with it. People from around the neighborhood stop by to see if we can fix a small part or if we have a bit of scrap they need for a project. We try to help out when we can. It is a basic operation. We don’t do much advertising because folks know where we are. We just open the doors in the morning, drink some tea, and start moving the metal. That’s about it. We stay until the sun goes down most nights.
