Malani Buildcon LLP is based out of Rajkot, specifically at Nakshatra - 1. We are in suite 303. Our building is right at the Amin Marg corner on the 150 Feet Ring Road. It’s a very loud spot because of all the trucks and cars passing by on the ring road all day long. You can’t really miss the building if you are driving around that part of town. We’ve been here for a while now. The office has a good view of the intersection, which is interesting to watch when the traffic gets jammed up in the evenings. We do a lot of building work around Rajkot, so this office is where we meet people to talk about projects. It’s not a very big space, just enough for a few desks and a place to make coffee for the staff. Usually, there’s dust from the road on the windowsills, no matter how much we clean it off. We aren't fancy people. We wear regular clothes and just talk plainly about what needs to be built. My partner handles the site visits while I stay here to manage the phone calls and the accounts. It’s hard work and the days are often long, but that is just the way it is for us at Nakshatra.
